Connect Salesforce NPSP
To connect Salesforce NPSP to Goodworld, follow the steps in this article. Also, read The Overview on Goodworld's Salesforce Integration.
What you’ll need before you start
Administrative access to your organization’s Salesforce account. The Salesforce account should have the NPSP fully installed. The user account with system administrator permissions that will be utilized for the connection.
Access to your organization’s Goodworld account as a user with the Organization Administrator role.
Connecting Salesforce NPSP
From the Settings tab in the Goodworld Dashboard, select Integrations.
From the list of available integrations, select Salesforce.
Select Connect Salesforce. You will be redirected to the Salesforce login page.
Log in to Salesforce with an account that has full Salesforce permissions.
When the authentication process is complete, you are returned to the integrations settings page in Goodworld.
When you first connect your Salesforce account, new donations will start syncing automatically (existing donations must be manually synced by Goodworld as needed)
Custom Mapping
To customize your mapping, you may refer to the Overview to see examples of the custom mapping interface. Otherwise, you are free to map your objects directly in the Integration Settings by selecting Settings > Integrations > Salesforce > Manage > Field Mapping
