First, get started with a Registration Campaign

1. Visit your Admin Dashboard and navigate to the Campaigns tab.

2. Then, click Create New in the top right corner of your screen

3. You'll be prompted to set up a campaign from a list of templates.

4. The Registration template is best for volunteer initiatives

Select a page design

You have the options of a Basic page with a sign up button, or to have more advanced pages with Open Forms and many content widgets.

Once you've named your campaign, it will be launched in Draft mode.

Settings Management

Now that your campaign has been created, you are free to customize the sign up form with questions to collect any information you require from volunteers, including shift selections and additional attributes and volunteer data.

  1. Just click the Settings tab

  2. Click the area to Customize the User Journey

3. Click on the Registration Form to make changes

The editor will open to provide you with controls to build the form, including flexible Elements to display shifts, dropdowns, checkboxes and descriptive paragraphs.

Here's an example:

6. Once you are happy with the User Journey, save all your changes and click "Publish" to instantly make this Opportunity live for volunteers to join.

Communications

Before you promote the Opportunity, it's always a good idea to double check the templates for any automated communications that volunteers will receive.

Visit the Communications tab, and take note of which templates are enabled, and feel free to edit them to your satisfaction.

Other 'at will' communications can be sent using the option to Create Email at the top of the communications tab.
