An exclusive benefit of paid platforms
This section of your platform allows you to separate and track all of your fundraising initiatives. Customize each Fund’s branding, profile page, email communications, administrators, and even the tab name itself for a truly customized experience.
The first step to adding in any new designation is visiting the “Funds” tab and selecting “Create New” button at the top. You’ll be prompted to input the Fund’s Name and a unique identifier, and then to complete its Profile.
Give your donors a deeper understanding of the fund’s goal by filling out the Overview section. This includes a small banner image, location, any relevant tags (these help the Fund appear in donor searches), and the About section.
Once fundraising campaigns or events are designated to your new Fund, they will appear in the blank space beneath the About section.
Each of your individual fund designations can have its own custom Settings, Email Templates, and Administrators; similar to how your platform as a whole has these attributes, but with some limitations.
Under their Settings tab, branding for any fundraisers that benefit the Nonprofit can be programmed. This includes button colors and logos, but these will not affect your overall platform branding - Your logo and colors will still be present in the Header section of all tools created through your platform.
A selection of Email templates are available to be customized according to the Fund that the donor is supporting. These Fund-specific templates include the Welcome, Acknowledgement, Gift Notification, Password Reset, Admin Invite, and Gift Sharing. When customized, these emails have the potential to further engage supporters of each individual designation and increase their involvement over time.
