Welcome to your new giving platform!
Here you’ll find an overview of your Dashboard, links to helpful articles to optimize your fundraising tools, and a "Getting Started" checklist.
Dashboard
The first thing you’ll notice when you log in is your Dashboard. This tab will provide a snapshot of everything you’ve raised so far in both numerical and graphical formats. It’s a great way to check your progress and see how much good your organization is doing!
Contacts
Your Contacts tab allows you to manage data for Donors and Leads. You can switch between these two categories using the radio buttons at the top of the screen. There, you can also search for a particular Contact, or view a list of all of your Contacts.
To interact with a particular Contact’s Profile, click the row or the three vertically-arranged dots on the right-hand side of the Contact’s line item. From there, you can choose to View, Delete, or Copy Email Address or Manage Tags.
Each Contact Profile contains two main sections: the Activity tab and the Settings tab. The Activity tab shows real-time donation data for that Contact, and the Settings tab is where their Profile, Payment, and Donation Settings can be found.
Donors have access to their Settings, however, if they require assistance, please see our helpful article on Troubleshooting.
Funds
The Funds tab allows you to create separate fundraising bins or allocations for events, projects, community and/or corporate partners, annual campaigns, capital campaigns, etc. Not only can you separate out the amount raised, but you can also tailor your communications and branding as well as add sub-administrators for each fund designation.

Settings
This may be the last tab on your platform, but it should be your first stop when you’re getting set up. Your platform’s Settings tab is the home of your branding, email communications, administrative permissions, and more; so it’s a good idea to get this tab in order before you do anything else.
The main Settings screen has a variety of modules on it:
Basic Settings control the bulk of your branding (colors, logo, etc.)
Payment Settings allow you to customize the types of donations you want to encourage donors to make (one-time, recurring, spare change, certain dollar amounts, etc.)
Custom Attributes enable further customization of gifts (dedications, notes, eCards, anonymous giving, etc.)
User Fields determines what information to collect when a donor signs up or gives to a specific campaign.
Integrations enable you to track web traffic by connecting webhooks, Google, and/or Facebook Pixel Analytics as well as sync up your Salesforce database.
The Advanced Settings module is where your platform’s hosting information is stored, so be careful not to change these settings without consulting with your primary platform administrator. You can, however, safely change your horizontal logo from within this tab at any time.
If you look at the top of this screen, you will notice a few additional tabs. The Emails tab is where you can set up all of your automated communications. Since these emails will be sent to users automatically, you’ll want to ensure that they properly reflect your voice and any other important messages before you launch any fundraising campaigns. See our article on Email Templates for more information on each of these.
Next to the Emails tab is the Roles tab. This is where your Administrators are managed. You can view Active admins, Pending admins, and Invite New Admins as appropriate. Using the three vertically-arranged dots to the right of an Active Admin or Pending Admin, you can demote them or re-send their invitation to join your platform, respectively.
