Goodworld’s Company Accounts allow users to manage relationships with external organizations—including corporations, state agencies, civic institutions, and partner groups—within a centralized, co-managed space. Whether you’re running a workplace giving campaign or a shared service day, Company Accounts give admins and partners the tools to collaborate, track, and grow impact—together.

Key Features

Company Registration Options

Organizations can be added to your platform in two ways:

  • Admin-Created Company Accounts

Admins can register an organization directly by navigating to the Company Accounts section and selecting “Create New Company.”

  • Partner Self-Registration

Partners can also register themselves via a branded sign-up form shared with them directly. This allows for decentralized onboarding while still preserving control. Fields can be customized by admins.

Manage and Attach Employee Rosters

Admins and company partners can attach employee rosters to each company account. Rosters can be imported via CSV and include key contact information, work email, role, and location. This allows for seamless reporting, group targeting, and access management during campaigns.

Co-Managed Campaigns and Events

Company accounts can co-manage campaigns, making them ideal for shared fundraising goals or volunteer initiatives. Once a partner is connected to a campaign, they can:

  • Customize their sub-page

  • View and manage employee engagement

  • Promote their unique link to supporters

This keeps things collaborative without requiring nonprofits to manage everything solo.

Role-Based Access & Invitations

Company accounts support multiple user roles, giving admins flexibility to assign access based on partner structure:

  • Company Admins can manage rosters, view results, and invite additional users

  • Company Members can join campaigns, track progress, and engage with content

Admins can invite company contacts via email and control which campaigns they can access.

Company-Specific Rewards and Recognition

Company accounts can manage their own rewards programs, donation matches, or team-based incentives—customized per campaign. Whether it’s a t-shirt for volunteers, lunch with the CEO, or internal points systems, this tool supports gamified giving and engagement.

How to Create and Manage a Company Account

1. Admin-Created Account

Navigate to the Companies tab in your admin dashboard.

Click “Create New”, and complete the required fields, including:

  • Company Name

  • Mission Statement

  • Causes

Click Save to add the organization to your platform. You can now invite company admins and attach the account to relevant campaigns.

2. Invite a Company to Register Themselves

If you’d prefer the organization to self-register:

  • Share your custom Organization Registration Form link.

  • Once submitted, the company will appear under pending review for admin approval.

3. Attach Employee Rosters

Within the Team tab of the company’s profile:

  • Click on the Actions button in the right hand corner and click “Import CSV” to import employee data via CSV.

  • Use employee info for custom targeting, tracking, and team segmentation during campaigns.

4. Invite and Assign Roles

Send invitations to company contacts by email and assign them roles such as:

  • Company Admin (can edit account and view participation data)

  • Finance & Accounting (Management-level access to transactional data)

State Agency Workplace Giving Case Study

Imagine a nonprofit partnering with a state agency to run a workplace campaign. Using Goodworld’s Company Accounts:

  • The nonprofit creates a Company Account for the state agency.

  • State Agency leaders are invited as Company Admins, allowing them to manage their page, communications, and reports teachers and parents.

  • A roster of state employees is uploaded and tagged by department for easy segmentation.

  • The agency co-manages the workplace giving campaign—with departments tracked as sub-groups under the main campaign.

  • Participation and funds raised can be reported both state-wide and per department.

This model fosters partnership, transparency, and shared ownership of the campaign’s success.

Key Benefits
