How It Works

Within each contact’s profile, contributions are automatically grouped by calendar year. A Download PDF button appears next to each year, allowing users to generate a comprehensive Tax Acknowledgment Statement for that specific period.

Where to Find Tax Acknowledgment Statements

For Admins

  1. Navigate to Contacts

  2. Select the desired contact

  3. Scroll to the Activity section

  4. Locate the calendar year you want to export

This will generate a Tax Acknowledgment Statement summarizing all eligible contributions made by that donor during the selected year.

For Donors

Donors can access and download their own Tax Acknowledgment Statements from their account activity tab, allowing them to easily retrieve documentation when preparing their taxes.
