The Recurring Plans tab gives administrators full visibility into all active, paused, and canceled recurring donations across your organization. From this view, you can monitor donor activity, understand giving patterns, and take action on individual plans when needed.
Where to find recurring plans
To access recurring donation details:
Navigate to Transactions in the left-hand menu.
Select the Recurring Plans tab at the top of the page.
This will display a table containing all donors who currently have (or previously had) recurring donation schedules.
Navigating the recurring plans tab
Each donor’s recurring plan includes the following information:
Contact – The donor’s name
Amount – The recurring gift amount
Frequency – How often the donation is made (e.g., Monthly, Weekly)
Status – Active, Cancelled, or Paused
Campaign – The campaign the recurring gift is tied to
Designation – The fund or cause selected by the donor
Payment Method – The saved card or account used for processing
Last Donation Date – The most recent successful payment
This view helps administrators quickly determine which donors are actively giving, which plans may need attention, and whether any supporters have lapsed.
Managing a donor’s recurring plan
Each row includes a three-dot menu that gives you management tools for that individual donor.
Clicking the menu reveals two options:
Pause
Temporarily stops the recurring donation from processing.
The donor will remain in the list, but no additional charges will occur until the plan is resumed.
Delete
Permanently removes the recurring donation plan.
Use this when a donor requests cancellation or when the plan is no longer needed.
