The Giving Levels & Items feature allows organizations to define and display specific giving tiers or items that represent what a donor’s contribution will support. Whether you’re funding classroom supplies, sponsoring children, or powering environmental programs, Giving Levels helps donors visualize the tangible impact of their gift.

These levels make the donation experience more meaningful, connecting each contribution to a specific cause or project outcome.

Key Features

Purpose-Driven Giving

Each level or item communicates what the donor is giving to—from sponsorships to tangible goods—helping donors understand how their support directly fuels your mission.

Tiered Contribution Options

Create multiple tiers for one-time or recurring donations. For example:

  • $25: Fund a set of books for a classroom

  • $50: Provide a week of meals for a family

  • $100: Sponsor a child’s school supplies for a semester

Visualized Impact

Each level can include a short description or image, helping donors see the real-world outcome of their contribution.

One-Time and Recurring Support

Configure giving levels for both one-time and recurring gifts—encouraging donors to choose ongoing support that sustains your programs year-round.

Fully Customizable

Admins can add, remove, or edit giving levels within the campaign editor, allowing for complete flexibility across different initiatives or events.

How to Configure Giving Levels

  1. Open Your Campaign

Navigate to the campaign editor in your admin dashboard.

  2. Select the Features Tab

Open the Online Donations section and click on the Details tab.

  3. Toggle to Levels and Items

    • Create a new giving level by clicking on the "Add Level" button.

    • Add a short description and image (optional) to represent the funded item or goal.

Child Sponsorship Program Use Case

A nonprofit supporting youth education uses Giving Levels to define tiers of support:

  • $50/month: Educational supplies

  • $100/month: Full scholarship sponsorship

Donors can select the level that best aligns with their capacity and interest, giving them a clear sense of their impact.

Giving Levels & Items bring purpose and clarity to the donor experience. By connecting each gift to a tangible impact, nonprofits can increase donor confidence, inspire larger contributions, and build stronger emotional connections with their mission.
