Volunteer Outreach Campaign Use Case

A nonprofit wants to email all volunteers who have participated in any event over the past year. Using the Volunteer Registration Export, they create a new template that includes First Name, Last Name, and Email fields, filtered for All Time. The CSV export provides a ready-to-use contact list for their e-blast—without needing to manually pull data from multiple campaigns.

The Volunteer Registration Export feature streamlines how you gather and organize volunteer data. By customizing templates, filtering by registration type, and exporting to a CSV file, you can quickly generate comprehensive reports that support outreach, analytics, and engagement—saving time and improving visibility across your volunteer programs.
